Their Team – Real Support, Real Care

Meet Sara – The “Mum Figure” Who Will Get Things Rolling For You

Sara believes support should be personal, not just paperwork. She meets each person face-to-face, taking the time to understand exactly what they need.

She handpicks support workers who fit—not just anyone available. If funding has been mismanaged, she works to fix it fast so people get what they deserve.

If we are not certain that we are the right fit, she’ll help you find someone who is. For Sara, it’s about doing the right thing, every time.

Meet Diana – The Problem Solver Who Gets Things Done

Diana makes sure every participant gets what they need. She’s often the one who answers the phone, arranges urgent support, and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

She understands that life doesn’t run on a schedule, so she makes sure support doesn’t either.

Whether it’s getting supports in place within days or solving last-minute emergencies, Diana makes it work.

Meet Nisso – “Hands on” Ready to jump in???

Nisso collaborates closely with Sara to ensure that all support workers and participants are aligned in their objectives.

Nisso is responsible for ensuring that all support workers operate at their full capacity and have access to the necessary tools to perform their jobs effectively.

Additionally, Nisso is fluent in Arabic, which allows us to better understand and serve our Middle Eastern participants.

She maintains strong relationships with both staff and participants in field work.
